I have used their service twice now. Both times I thought they were good, honest people, and their services were prompt and prices were very reasonable. I don’t know a whole lot about computers but if I searched online and labored over the computer I may have been able to solve those problems myself (maybe not), but I don’t have the time and I hate wasting time figuring out how to do them (computers are like black holes that suck up your time, esp when something is not working). I’m glad I can just bring it to Tech lab and pay a reasonable price to get something fixed.

They kept me informed on what was going on and when the parts from over seas finally came, thanks customs for buggering it up, they were able to meet their date they said it would be ready. My first experience with Tech Lab’s remote repair option was efficient, responsive and successful.
